â‘ If you order more than one thing, please keep in mind they may be shipped separately.
â‘ Please allow 2 to 4 weeks after order is placed to receive tracking info via email. If you have any questions about your order please email me owner@raphismadeit.com
â‘ I ship internationally! Items shipped inside the US, will be cheaper as that's where I'm located. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and determined by the weight of goods being purchased.
â‘ I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages once shipped. Although in the case that a product happens to break during travel, please contact me and I will work with you on a solution!
return & exchange policy
â‘ As a one person run small business, I am not able to do returns or exchanges. Please read through product descriptions for materials used and measurements.
